Any ideas what could be going on?

my girlfriends gyno called her and said it was "urgent" that she comes to the office. well my girlfriends stuck at work and is freaking out. she hasnt been to the gyno in a while i was just wondering why they would randomly call her and tell her to come in. shes been tested since we been together and we're both clean and she's not pregnant. does anyone know any reasons they would call her out of nowhere about this?
