Are the Dems going to used the race card now to try and shame Americans into electing Obama?

I read that Bob Kerry ,an Obama supporter fro Nebraska,is accusing Americans of letting skin color interfere with their decision and it seems to be the message the Dems are going to use after all the accusations about the repulican party using race.
