I take it you are talking about your browser window. If you are using Internet Explorer in the bottom right corner of the browser window there is a magnifying gl, a number with a % sign and then a drop down arrow. If you click on the drop down arrow you get a choice of what percentage you want to view the page in, if you click 100% it should go back to normal. You can also hold down the "Ctrl" key and hit the "+" and it should increase the magnification.
