psoriasis. Yes the hair line is a common place for it. He still sounds like he has a mild case. My dad has it everywhere. Stress can make it worse, that's how my dad got his really bad. It can also be genetic. It's a similar to Eczema, but it is worse, I got my eczema from my dad's psoriasis I'd guess.
