How do i get noticed by UH?

I play wide reciever for a high school in kansas city missouri. I have been told i can play at a few big 12 schools and a couple pac 10. What i really want though is to play for the University of Hawaii. How do i get noticed by them? i am so far away it seems impossible. I have wanted to play for them since i was 8, but ive never been able to tell anyone because i feel like theyll laugh it off. Please help me out!!!!
