You can easily make this in an hour or less. Boil the chicken with your spices. Once the chicken is done take it out and remove the meat from the bone. Lower the heat to medium-low Put it back into the broth you make the chicken in. Add the onion, celery and carrots that have been chopped. Cook for about 12-15 min (or until the veggies are a little soft, but not mushy) and then add the egg noodles. Cook until the egg noodles are cooked.
