Please help diagnose. Symptoms: Nightime stuffy head/nose, sore throat, no fever, feel fine during the day?

At night head/nose get congested. I have tried all basic cold remedies. Please offer suggestions. I seem to have the same problem every year around this time end of summer/beginning of fall.
