RuneScape trouble, please read question in description.?

Ok. Well, I thought my friend stole my account because I gave him my pword. So I did the stolen account thing on runescape. But, I was so mad at him(he gave me his pword too) that i changed hiss pword on runescape. But then i just remembered my pword. So i got on my account. (whew) But i forgot what i changed my friends to! I did the "Forgot pword" thing on his account. But I am in a paradox. What do i do? I need him to get his account back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
