What happened to Sean Salisbury?

i liked that guy for ESPN. he had good points.. did he get fired from ESPN?? along the same line what happened with Michael Irvin and Harold Reynolds??? What is ESPN thinking of getting rid of these guys?? they should get rid of that Pam Ward lady.. she calls the Noon game on ESPN2 for college football. she is bad
