What is paradox? How do we define the world about us? What is love?

A paradox is an apparent contradiction of "truths". We define the world around us with words that typically match our viewpoints. Depending on what that viewpoint is, we might come up with definitions that contradict each other. Another idea that we find a lot of contradictory definitions is that of what "love" is. Each of us have different viewpoints; thus our definitions are different and even possibly contradictory. I wouldn't worry about these contradictions, though. Read the Bible and get God's viewpoint. His is the only one that matters.
