Where can i buy a sword cleaning kit?

hey i live in cuyahoga falls ohio and i got a new sword couple of weeks ago but it is a bit dirty and dull so if u know where i can buy a cleaning kit to clean it or or how to clean it without damaging it please tell me. And if u know if there is a place in cuyahoga falls where i can actually get it sharpened please tell me i would be very thankfull and if u know how to clean it please tell me .thx previously for whoever gives me a good answer
