Why are women seldom logical, but often moody and irrational?

Women often see more layers of meaning and those layers are there. Men often only see what is apparent. Men should appreciate that women do have a deeper understanding of interpersonal relationships. Women should not see layers within men's words that are not there or expect men to see them. E.G When meeting me for dinner my husband said to me 'You looked so lovely tonight that for a minute I didn't realise it was you.' I will read the surface of this 'You look really nice and have dressed for the first time in ages' and not get upset at what from a woman might have meant 'you usually look a state' This is why women get upset and men can't see why.
