Harddisk partition aftermath?

I have xp installed on my pc and my bro wanted to install linux too. so he further partitioned drives and tooK 4 gb from my drive. But linux never got installed and now i can,t get my space back. The drive that was meant for linux, in my system I drive is not accessible although it is consuming the space. so tell me how to liberate my space and end that I drive.
