How do you handle quilt with in a extramarital affair?

If you didn't need something more than you are getting in your marriage you would never have thought of it or fallen from it. Don't feel guilty for doing something you needed to do. (You would not have done it otherwise) Don't blame anyone, sh*tty things happen, shake it off and move on. She never has to know, cause it will only hurt her unnecessarily. And it will hurt you too if she decides to kick you out. Not everyone needs/ appreciates honesty.
